Flexo Printed Stickers
A fast and cost-effective printing method. With Flexo, you can print in spot or CMYK inks, choose from many standard stocks or choose from our custom sizes. If cost is your main concern, stick to our standard sizes for the best pricing and shortest production turnaround. Flexo stickers normally finish on rolls with perforations between each sticker.
Screen Printed Stickers
Our most durable and premium sticker printing method. Screen printed stickers have an estimated lifespan of 3-5 years. Choose from standard spot inks or custom CMYK process printing on vinyl or clear stocks. Custom die-cut shapes are also available. Screen printed stickers are generally ordered as “sheeted” (on individual sheets of backing) with a crack-and-peel liner.
Digital Short-run Stickers
Digital short-run stickers work well for low quantity orders—including custom shapes or when you need to include variable data. These stickers can be finished with any custom shape and there is no die charge! Digital short-run stickers are all printed through a CMYK process and “sheeted” (on individual sheets of backing) or individually sheeted finishing.
